It wasn't until early March that residents learned why their apartment complex was rapidly going to seed. The property owner, Bethany Holdings, has abandoned the complex, and has at least 60 others that are going into bankruptcy. Panicked renters are scrambling to learn what their legal options are and whether or not they can walk away from leases.
